How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Warmtriple Remodeling wants every homeowner who gets in touch to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Want to Hear About

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Warmtriple Remodeling
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own quotes, contracts, pricing, work and customer service. If a remodeling project has a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what was said.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Warmtriple Remodeling cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@warmtriple.space and include:

1. Your name and the easiest way to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Send It

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Next, we will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will share what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you are not satisfied with our reply, answer the email and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with a contractor, a state or local contractor licensing board may be able to help.
